Located about 3 hours drive from Melbourne CBD and 4 hours from Adelaide this area provides excellent opportunities to set up a fantastic course with number of navigational options from one side, spectacular views from the other side and finally - opportunity to visit Australian premier heritage areas. Therefore, race going to be great fun both for racers who come to win and teams who come to enjoy the experience.
The Grampians is famous for its spectacular views, unspoilt nature and as one of the richest Indigenous rock sites in south-eastern Australia. This area is a part of the east Australian Cordillera. The Park is listed on the Australian National Heritage List for its outstanding natural beauty and features a striking series of sandstone mountain ranges.
Rock climbing, hiking, scenic driving, nature studying, wild life watching is just a start of a long list what you can enjoy in Grampians.
During the event expect the best waterfalls, spectacular summits, aboriginal sites; endless breathtaking experience in other words.
